SPRING TRAINING SERIES - PART 2

The continuation of the Spring Training Series will take riders from 50 miles up to 100 miles including an option to summit Bear Mountain. All rides will have volunteer lead and sweeps and SAG support will be available.

Ride over the GW Bridge and navigate our way north to Route 202. Lunch stop together as we preview the route to Bear Mtn. Return through Congers and Nyack. Variable milage options available.

About this ride:

After a brief introduction, we split into 2 groups and ride up the West Side Bike Path to upper and into the Bronx. We have a quick stop at Van Cortland Park then to the South County Trail. This is a beautiful and scenic mostly car-free trail where each group will ride the appropriate mileage.
